1New job
An address becomes a job in ten seconds.
Start typing and the address completes itself, with the map pin set for later. Agencies you have worked with before are remembered, so jobs group under the right office. The moment you save, the whole team can see it.
2Inspection booked
Say what you saw. Get the report.
Type or dictate your site notes. Airo writes the inspection report in a fixed, professional layout you can edit line by line, works out the GST on your quote, and produces a PDF in your colours. Email it from the driveway, signed by you.
3Awaiting approval
Quotes don’t go quiet.
Every quote you send starts a clock. After a few quiet days the job flags itself, with the follow-up already written. When the client says yes, one tap moves the job into the queue to be booked. Nothing goes out without you seeing it first.
4Scheduled
Book it where it fits.
Tap a gap in the week, pick the job, confirm the time. Airo warns you about double bookings and knows who is blocked out. Everyone’s jobs appear in the Google or Apple calendar they already check.
