Terms of service

Last updated 10 October 2026

These terms apply to businesses that use Airo ("you") and to Ryan Rosen (ABN 57 448 186 770), the sole trader who operates Airo ("we", "us"). By creating an Airo account or using Airo, you agree to them. Questions: hello@airojob.com.

1. The service

Airo is online software for managing jobs: bookings, photos, inspection reports and quotes, follow-ups, scheduling, completion reports, related emails and alerts and, if you connect it, invoices in your own Xero. We may improve or change features over time. We will tell you before removing anything you rely on.

2. Your account and your team

  • The person who sets up the business account is its owner and can invite, change and remove teammates.
  • Keep sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your business's account.
  • Tell us promptly if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

3. Fees

  • Airo is billed monthly in advance at the price we agree with you in writing. Prices are in Australian dollars. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is added to our prices. Any free or trial period is as agreed.
  • Invoices are due within 7 days. If an invoice is unpaid after a reminder, we may pause the account until it is paid. Nothing is deleted while an account is paused.
  • We will give you at least 30 days' notice of a price change.
  • You can cancel at any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for. We don't refund part months.

4. Your data

  • Your job records, photos, reports and documents belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide Airo to you.
  • You are responsible for having the right to record the personal information you enter, including details about tenants, owners and property managers, and for using it lawfully.
  • You can export your completed-job records at any time from Settings, and we will provide a fuller export on request when you leave. We handle personal information as described in our privacy policy.

5. AI-generated drafts

Airo can draft reports, checklists and job details using AI. Drafts can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting any report, quote, checklist or message before you rely on it or send it, and for the professional advice and work described in it.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Airo to break the law, send spam, upload harmful code, try to access another business's information, or interfere with the service. We may suspend access that puts Airo or other customers at risk, and will tell you why.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep Airo available and your information backed up, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside business hours where possible. Support is by email at hello@airojob.com, with a reply within one business day.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Where the law allows, our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee is limited to supplying the service again or paying for it to be supplied again.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Airo at any time (see section 3). We may end your access if you seriously breach these terms and don't fix the breach within 14 days of us telling you, or with 60 days' notice for any other reason. Either way, we will give you the chance to export your records.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. We may update them; if a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
