The Airo field guide

Your business,
ready for the day.

A short setup for your branding, your messages and your team. Here’s what to have ready, what to do, and where to find it later.

Follow a job from start to finish

Your private Airo setup link

Your business. Your own workspace.

Start with the private setup link supplied by Airo. You become the account owner and can bring your team in afterwards.

What happens next

Once activated, sign in to finish the short welcome setup.

Good to know

The business contact email and your login have different jobs. Your login receives invitations, resets and replies to emails you send.

Welcome → Logo & colour → Your signature → Messages & checklists

Make the first report feel like you.

Three short steps set the defaults for the work ahead. You can return to Settings to change them later.

What happens next

Your branding, signature and recurring checklist items are saved for future work.

Good to know

Start with a small set of useful defaults. Job-specific findings and treatment still belong in each inspection report.

Settings → You and your team → Team

Bring your people into the same flow.

Each teammate uses their own login. They join your business’s workspace and add their own profile details.

What happens next

They can sign in to your business’s Airo with their own account.

Good to know

A teammate can use Gmail or another personal mailbox. Standard Airo sending does not require an API key or email setup for every person.

Settings → Business / Emails / Reports / Invoicing & data / Connections

A few defaults. A lot less repetition.

Settings is the place to refine the details as you start using Airo. You do not need to perfect everything on day one.

What happens next

You have a consistent starting point for reports and messages, with room to adjust each job.

Good to know

For custom sending from your own business domain, contact Airo first. Adding an address alone does not verify that domain.

A little more detail

Ready for your first job?

You can start small, then refine your defaults as you go.

Do I need a business email address?

No. You and your team can use a personal mailbox such as Gmail. Standard messages are sent through Airo’s configured sender, with replies directed to the sender’s login email. A custom business sending domain needs separate verification.

Can I change these choices later?

Yes. Branding, contact details, signatures and message defaults live in Settings. Reopen the relevant section whenever you need to update them.

What if my invitation link does not work?

Check that you are opening the latest invitation. If a business setup link has expired or was already used, ask Airo for a replacement. For a team invitation, contact your account owner.

Do I have to set up every teammate myself?

You send the invite; they set their own password and profile. They use your business’s existing branding and defaults.
